Real World: Brooklyn Trailer. Premieres Tonight.

MTV brings its famous reality show back to New York.

Here we go again. Season 21! MTV's The Real World was a first in Reality TV. It practically invented the genre and was very watchable. Strangers from all over the country, forced to live in a house, and forced to come to terms with people very different from themselves.

It worked. The first time. And maybe the second or the third. But then it became stale. Drunken hook-ups and angry stereo-typical social characters became the norm. There's always a gay dude, a militant black woman, a Mormon or Born-Again, the ho, the jock, and of course... the sweet innocent Southern Belle. (Why aren't more people insulted by this?)

But this trailer has something I've never seen in other Real Worlds: A possible killer. A vet from the Iraq war who may have killed another man. I guess we know which guy is getting laid first.

Cheap drama. Ad nauseam. Tonight. On MTV.

Check out this clip as he and others give us a little piece of how hip hop has influenced art and vice versa.
Check out this clip from some drifting or car show. This guy, or idiot, thinks he's so cool, that he gets out of his car while it's still in a turning spin. Then, "surprisingly", he gets run over by his own car.
Here is a clip of a motorcycle rider doing a wheelie at a pretty decent speed along a road. Unfortunately, he loses control and begins to wobble and eventually, that's right, he crashes. Probably not the outcome he was looking for.
